Beijing GS Housing Co., LTD is a specialized manufacturer of flat pack container houses with over 15 years of experience. Today, GS Housing has an annual production capacity of more than 50,000 units. We are currently China’s largest producer of flat pack container houses.

The large-scale modern company specializes in the design, manufacturing and construction services. It has Class B certification as a specialized structural steelwork contractor, Class A certification for design and construction of metal house (wall) surface, Class B certification for design of construction project, and Class B certification for special designs of light steel structure.

GS Housing has established large-scale processing and manufacturing bases in Tianjin, Shenyang, Foshan and other cities. We also have assembly bases in a number of cities in China.

GS Housing factory is in the Baodi district of Tianjin City, and covers an area of 120,000 square meters. We hold a complete range of manufacturing facilities including independent profiling workshop, door & window workshop, machining workshop, color steel plate processing workshop, assembly workshop and more.

GS Housing has set up several domestic subsidiaries in Beijing, Tianjin, Northeast China, Foshan, and Wuhan in order to better serve the market. The company also operates overseas subsidiaries in Dubai, Ethiopia and Southeast Asia.
